KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required by financial regulations. It helps prevent fraud, money laundering, and ensures all platform users are legitimate. We verify your identity using government-issued documents and typically complete verification within 24 hours.

For individuals: a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement). For companies: business registration documents, proof of directors, and beneficial ownership information.

After logging in, click "Create Agreement" and follow our guided process. Define the parties, amount, milestones, and release conditions. Our AI assistant can help draft clear terms. Once complete, invite the other parties to review and approve.

Milestones are checkpoints in your agreement that trigger partial fund releases. For example, a €30,000 project might have 3 milestones of €10,000 each, released upon completion of specific deliverables. This protects both parties by ensuring work is completed in stages.

Funds are released when the conditions specified in the agreement are met. This typically requires confirmation from all parties. For milestone-based agreements, partial releases occur as each milestone is completed and approved. Automatic time-based releases can also be configured.

If parties can't agree, either can open a dispute. Funds remain locked while our dispute resolution process takes place. A certified advisor reviews the case and evidence from both parties. Most disputes are resolved within 5 business days. The advisor's decision determines fund distribution.

Agreements can be cancelled if all parties agree. If funds have been deposited, they're returned to the buyer minus any applicable fees. Once work has begun or milestones completed, cancellation requires mutual agreement on how to handle already-released funds.

ATOMini is the native token used for all transactions on the ATOMi platform. It's a stablecoin pegged to EUR, meaning 1 ATOMini = €1. You can purchase ATOMini with fiat currency or selected cryptocurrencies and withdraw to your bank account at any time.

You can deposit funds via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cryptocurrency transfer. Bank transfers typically take 1-2 business days; card deposits are instant. Your funds are converted to ATOMini tokens and appear in your wallet.

Withdraw funds to your linked bank account from your wallet. A flat €5 fee applies. Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days depending on your bank. You can also transfer ATOMini to external EVM-compatible wallets.

Our fees are simple: 1.0-1.5% on released escrow funds (depending on your plan), 0.5% for fiat-to-token conversion, and a flat €5 for withdrawals. No monthly fees, no setup fees, and creating agreements is always free.

Escrow funds are held in segregated accounts, completely separate from ATOMi's operational funds. We use enterprise-grade security including AES-256 encryption, multi-signature wallets, and regular third-party audits. Your funds can only be released according to the agreement terms.
